How do I rent my bike?
We help you throughout the process

Choose your bike
We put at your disposal three models of bicycles: Bianchi, Orbea or Cube.

The rental dates
The bicycle will be delivered on the first day of reservation and returned on the last day of reservation before 9:00 p.m.

Place of delivery
We send the bicycles to your home or we deliver it to you in Santiago and surroundings.

Place of return
We have two return points: Santiago de Compostela and Fisterra.
How eBikes work

Carefully remove the ebike from the cardboard box. Check that there is no damage caused in transport. If there is any, call us to verify it at the contact telephone number 699 331 965.

Straighten the handlebar and tighten the bolts with the wrench supplied in the backpack.

Cut the zip ties that hold the pedals to the cranks and fit each pedal with the key we sent you.

Turn on the bike and check for proper operation.

Never shift more than one gear at a time. Derailleur hangers or chain may break.

Avoid supporting the ebike on the side of the change to avoid misalignments in it.

Battery recharging takes approximately 8 hours.

Repairs
It is not usual to have breakdown problems, our bicycles are perfectly checked, greased and in optimal conditions for each route. But on the Camino everything can happen, for this reason, in case of failure:
- First of all and very important call us at 699 331 965.
- We will look for the nearest workshop to take the bicycle.
- If necessary, the ebike is replaced in less than 24 hours, so that you can continue your route as quickly as possible.
